ARTISTS STATEMENT

I decided to do this out of curiosity and interests, I have always been interested in artistic nude work, but I had never been confident enough and worried about my figure and how it would appear to other people. In the end I loved this experience as it was very enjoyable. I liked being able to relax and have fun in my own environment and embracing the freeing experience of photographing my body. At first I felt slightly uncomfortable and was concerned with how I looked, then I decided to let go and just let all anxieties go. It was interesting trying to express my creativity through photography, something which I have never really dabbled in before. It was great seeing myself from various different angles and poses, I had never really paid attention to my body like this before, but it was great to accept my body for all its flaws and creatively express myself.

Bands I like: Mostly anything of the blues, country or rock genre, I also enjoy Latin dance music.
Books I like: I don't get much time to read, I prefer fashion Magazines such as Vogue Paris. Emmanuelle Alt is my idol.
Films I like: Documentaries, historically based films, Westerns, obscure European films
