"Hello my name is Amberella. This is my first time videoing so if I have terrible video skills, I apologise in advance. I've got a few ideas for this shoot so I'll do it in different sections - some outside and some in my bedroom. This is my third time shooting myself as you like to call it, which I still think is such a great name. The first time I did it was four years ago and I loved it. I thought it was really liberating and I feel like everyone should do it. A lot has happened in four years - I think this project helped me change a lot about the way I feel about my body, so that's always a beneficial thing. This time I'd quite like to explore different ways I can move my body."
